The Town of Tully Zoning Committee has been reviewing the current Town Zoning Code over the last few months. With the assistance of our consultant, Barton & Loguidice (B&L), we are presenting the proposed changes to the code as part of a Phase I update during an open house to be held at the Town Hall, Wednesday May 29th at 6PM.
This open house will be similar to the one we did last year during our comprehensive plan update. We will have some visual boards describing the proposed changes followed by a brief presentation on the next steps. The committee used the comprehensive plan as a guideline to follow in drafting these changes.
The zoning committee will continue to meet and make recommendations for possible additional changes to the code focusing on the remaining portions of the existing code as part of a Phase II update.
