NOTICE TO ALL VILLAGE RESIDENTS! Water/Sewer bills were mailed on April 1st, 2026. If you have changed your mailing address (i.e. from a street address to a P.O. Box, or you no longer live in the home, BUT still own/rent the property), it is the resident’s responsibility to notify the Village Clerk that your billing address has changed!

VILLAGE OF TULLY NOTICE OF BUDGET HEARING Pursuant to Section 5‑508 of the Village Law, the preliminary budget for the Village of Tully has been prepared and filed with the Village Clerk at the Village Office, 5833 Meetinghouse Road, Tully, New York, where it may be inspected by any interested party during normal business hours. Said preliminary budget includes compensation for the Mayor in the amount of $4,000.00 per annum and compensation for each Trustee in the amount of $950.00 per annum. A summary of the preliminary budget is as follows: Taxes to be raised for General Fund: $255,964.00; Water Assessment: $93,162.56; Sewer Assessment: $112,392.09. The amount to be raised through user fees is as follows: Water Fund: $243,126.00; Sewer Fund: $548,889.00. A public hearing will be held at the Municipal Building, 5833 Meetinghouse Road, Tully, New York, on April 8, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., to consider the same before final adoption. The Village Board will also discuss any other Village business brought before the Board. The regularly scheduled Village Board meeting of April 1st has been rescheduled to be held in conjunction with the Budget Hearing on April 8, 2026. Public Hearing

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Tully Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on March 25, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., at the Village of Tully Municipal Building (Village Town Hall), to consider an application for the renewal of a zoning permit for Dirty Howlers Grooming, a business located within the Village of Tully, Onondaga County, New York.

The purpose of the public hearing is to review the permit renewal application, to hear from the applicant, and to receive public comment before the Zoning Board of Appeals takes action.

All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard, either in person or by representative.
