ATTENTION!! Village of Tully Clerk’s phone is not functioning properly. The phone line is currently not receiving calls or allowing calls out. If you wish to reach the Village clerk, please email her at clerk@villageoftully.us.
The Town Clerk will be on vacation from August 17th through August 21st, returning Monday, August 24th. During this period, the Village Clerk will also be unavailable to assist with any Town related matters, including issuing marriage licenses, issuing/renewing dog licenses, issuing/renewing fishing and hunting licenses, and processing parking permits. Please plan accordingly and complete any renewals or requests either before August 17th or after August 21st.
Village Taxes are now late. If you have not paid your bill yet, please look at the penalty schedule to know how much you owe.
NOTICE TO ALL VILLAGE RESIDENTS! Water/Sewer bills were mailed on April 1st, 2026. If you have changed your mailing address (i.e. from a street address to a P.O. Box, or you no longer live in the home, BUT still own/rent the property), it is the resident’s responsibility to notify the Village Clerk that your billing address has changed!

Public Hearing
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Tully Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on March 25, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., at the Village of Tully Municipal Building (Village Town Hall), to consider an application for the renewal of a zoning permit for Dirty Howlers Grooming, a business located within the Village of Tully, Onondaga County, New York.
The purpose of the public hearing is to review the permit renewal application, to hear from the applicant, and to receive public comment before the Zoning Board of Appeals takes action.
All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard, either in person or by representative.
